You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, selected the wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts. All Fedex deliveries are a signature required part. If you part or parts don't have a signature and are returned to the shipper than they are subject to a restocking fee.
